It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.2139 of 2021(F) that respondent no.1 may be deleted from the array of respondents and respondent nos. 2 and 3 may be renumbered as respondent nos.1 and 2 . The aforesaid prayer is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a week.
