Although the office notice shows that process fee is not paid and therefore notice could not be issued to Respondent no.2, Mr. Arun Bras De Sa, learned Counsel, has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent no.2. He further states that a Criminal Revision Application bearing No. 625 of 2021 is filed by the Respondent no.2 being aggrieved by the same order and that it would be in the interest of justice that both the applications are taken up together for consideration.
