Writ Petition (St) No.28491 of 2022 to be tagged along with this writ petition.

Mr.Nilesh S.Barde (husband) hereby undertakes to this Court that he will without prejudice to his rights and contentions,

2/3 will deposit a sum of Rs.2,75,000/- in the bank account of the respondent (wife) within a period of one week from today. He, however, submits that a sum of Rs.50,000/- will be deposited in the bank account of the respondent (wife) out of the said sum of Rs.2,75,000/- today by 8.00 p.m. by online transfer. Subject to the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.50,000/- today by online transfer to respondent, the petitioner would be allowed to meet his two daughters at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon, Mumbai. 4.

The respondent wife would co-operate in allowing the petitioner husband to meet his both the daughters at Oberoi Mall today at 08.00 p.m. She will herself accompany both her daughters to the Oberoi Mall at the main entrance at 08.00 p.m. 5.

The petitioner husband can be with his two daughters today from 08.00 p.m. to 09.30 p.m.

At the request of Mr. Rankhambe, learned counsel

3/3 appearing for the petitioner husband, both the writ petitions to be taken up for hearing on 29 February, 2024. 6.
