In this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing a direction to the respondents to grant the petitioner the benefits under the Government Resolutions dated 31st January 2001 and 10th June 2005 with a further direction to the respondent no. 3 to absorb the petitioner as a full-time teacher.

Mr. Satyajeet A. Rajeshirke, the learned counsel for the petitioner tenders a copy of the order dated 13th March 2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 4956 of 2021 and submits that the petitioner is identically situated with the applicants in Writ Petition No. 4956 of 2021, Writ Petition No. 4957 of 2021 and Writ Petition No. 11541 of 2019 and their writ petitions have been allowed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court by the aforesaid order dated 13th March 2024. 3.

In "Anita Rajaram Patil" and the connected writ petitions, this Court has passed the following order:

Having considered the facts and circumstances and the order dated 17 June 2021 passed in Writ Petition Nos. 2001/2021 and others, we direct that the present Petitioners will file appropriate applications / representations for absorption as full time Teachers in accordance with the prevalent policy laid down by the State Government. The Deputy Director of Education will give hearing to the Petitioners and the concerned Education Institute. After the applications/ representations are decided, the Deputy Director of Education shall take decision as per law and issue necessary directions preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the applications/representations. In case the Petitioners are found eligible for absorption as full time teachers, in the Respondent/ Educational Institute, the Education Officer shall issue necessary directions to submit proposal for grant of approval for up-gradation as full time Teachers." 4.

Mr. A. K. Naik, the learned AGP appearing for the Staterespondents and Mr. Gautam R. Kulkarni, the learned counsel appearing for the Management have agreed to the proposal made on behalf of the petitioner that she may be permitted to make a representation before the Deputy Director of Education who shall consider her eligibility and suitability for getting him the benefit of a full-time teacher.

In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Director of Eduction who is the respondent no. 2 in the present writ petition with a prayer for absorption as a full-time teacher. If such a representation is made within four weeks, the same shall be disposed of within next eight weeks by a reasoned order. 6.
