Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondent No.4 and learned AGP for respondent No.1. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4-Society requests some time to file an affidavit. However, considering the nature of the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the report which at page No. 154 of the paper book. The Joint Director, Co-operative Societies has informed the respondent No.4-Society to remove the deficiencies. 3.

In this view of the matter, we direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the said report which is the subject matter of prayer clause 28(a) of the petition, and to take it to its logical conclusion and in Amk 1/2

Keeping all the contentions of the petitioner open, the writ petition is disposed of.
