According to the petitioners, the only employees of the Pune Municipal Corporation are entitled to become member. Respondent No.4 is not an employee of the Pune Municipal Corporation. He submits that bye-laws prescribe eligibility for being member which requires member to be employee of the Pune Municipal Corporation. Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) till 26th February 2024.
