Though this Court issued notice on 8th June, 2023, the Petitioner did not furnish copies for issuance of notices. 2.

Office to issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 15th January, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The Management shall place before us the original record and proceedings pertaining to the selection of the Petitioner, keeping in view that an advertisement was published in an unknown newspaper, namely, Dainik Samaj, on 8th August, 2020 when the entire nation was

Only after the original record and proceedings are placed before us, we would proceed to consider this Petition. 5.
