We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Senior Advocate Mr. Narendra Bandiwadekar along with Mr. Rajendra Khaire, Mr. Aniket Phapale and Ms. Ashiwni Bandiwadeker, learned Advocates for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. 2.
We are informed by the learned Senior Advocate that the Management would comply with Rule 41(A) of the Maharashtra Nikita

In view of the above statement we would expect, Respondent No.2, to consider the said proposal on its own merits by conducting a meticulous verification exercise and pass a reasoned order within a period of 45 days thereafter.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.
In the event the proposal is accepted, the steps for grant of Shalarth I.D. would be initiated. If the proposal is rejected, reasons for rejection shall be set out in the order. 6.
The Writ Petition is disposed off.
