Notice was issued on 08th June, 2023. After objections were removed, the matter was given a regular number and the Registry changed the year as well, converting it from Writ Petition Stamp No. 32565 of 2022 to Writ Petition No. 2180 of 2025. As a consequence, old matters are being listed in the fresh admissions category though notice in this mater is issued on 08th June, 2023.

Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 are yet to be served.

In view of the above, re-issue notice to the un-served Ingale

The Petitioner shall serve the un-served Respondents through substituted service by publishing the notice at its cost in daily 'Prahar Sindhudurg' newspaper, to be published at least 15 days prior to the returnable date in this matter. Copy of the newspaper be placed on record.
