The issue that is raised for our consideration, necessitates the appearance of the Management, Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, inasmuch as, their affidavit-in-reply is necessary. 2.

Despite service of notice issued by the Court on 8th June, 2023, Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, who are served, as indicated by the Bailiff report dated 9th August, 2023, have not caused their appearance. Their non-appearance is becoming an obstacle for proceeding with this matter.

Issue a bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each, to secure the presence of Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, that is, the Chairman/ President, Mangaon Panchkroshi Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Mangaon, Taluka- Kudal, District -Sindhudurg and the Headmaster of Shree Vasudevanand Saraswati Vidyalay, Mangaon, Taluka -Kudal, District - Sindhudurg, respectively, returnable on 8th April, 2025.
