The writ petition arises out of order passed by the revisional authority setting aside order of attachment issued under sub-rule 11 of Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961.

However, this Court in Writ Petition No.4574 of 2021 decided on 2 December 2025 set aside certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, which was the basis for issuing order of attachment. Since the order of issuance of certificate is set aside, the order of attachment based on it does not survive. Hence, the writ petition need not be decided on merits.

The writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of as infructuous.
