By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of disqualification rendered by the learned District Collector, Aurangabad dated 09.10.2021 and the order passed in appeal by learned Additional Divisional (Revenue) Commissioner dated 13.01.2022. 3.

The elections of village panchayat of which the petitioner was a member was held in the month of February 2021. Since, the term of the petitioner has came to an end in February 2026, nothing survives in this petition. As such, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
