At the request of Mr. Nikam, one opportunity is given to Respondents to argue the present matters.

Mr. Bapat, learned Senior Advocate appearing for Petitioner has placed before me order dated 29.04.2019 passed by learned Labour Court in ULP (Strike) No. 3/2014, inter alia, declaring the first strike dated 13.08.2014 illegal and unauthorized. Said order is taken on record.

4.

Respondents shall adhere to the directions contained in the order dated 02.07.2025 and the present order and accordingly argue their case. If any affidavit in reply is desired to be filed by Respondents, same is directed to be filed forthwith. It is made clear that present Petitions shall be heard and decided on the next adjourned date.

5.

Stand over to 7th August, 2025 under the caption "First on Board".
