The learned Advocate for the petitioner states that one Mr. Kirit P. Kapadia was substituted in place of the earlier disputant. Mr. Kirit P. Kapadia has expired on 15 June 2022 and his legal representatives have not been brought on record. Hence, the original dispute has abated. The present petition arises out of the said dispute. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. The petition accordingly stands disposed of. 2.

However, in case, if the legal representatives of Mr. Kirit P. Kapadia are permitted to be brought on record, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the petition. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
