This application is for restoration of the writ petition which is dismissed for non removal of the office objections. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the office objections shall be removed within three weeks from today. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The learned advocate for the petitioners shall remove all the office objections within four weeks from the date of uploading copy of this order on the website.
