CORAM : H. M. BHOSALE REGISTRAR (JUDL-I) Date : 04/03/2024 The aforesaid Writ Petitions were notified on 31st January 2024 and 1st February 2024 for removal of office objections as provided under Rule 3 sub

rule (ii) of the Chapter XVII of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 (for short 'Rules 1960').

The learned Advocates and the Petitioners have failed to remove office objections. Therefore, by virtue of Rule 3 sub rule (iii) of Chapter XVII of the Rules 1960, the aforesaid Writ Petitions were listed on the board of Registrar (Judicial-I) on 16/02/2024.

The Registrar (Judicial-I) vide orders dated 16/02/2024 had granted two weeks time to the learned Advocates for the Petitioners/Petitioners to remove office objections. Despite specific directions, the office objections are not removed till date.

Having considered the provisions under Rule 3 of Chapter XVII of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, period of 14 days is prescribed for removal of office objections.

In the circumstances, registration of all these Petitions deserves to be refused.

However, instead of passing adverse order outrightly, it would be just and proper to give one more opportunity subject to condition.

In turn, the learned Advocates and the Petitioners are directed to remove office objections within two weeks without fail. On failure, registration of the above numbered Writ Petitions would stand refused automatically without further reference to the Court of Registrar.
