The Petitioner's entry of the date of birth in the school record, is 30th April, 1967. Thereafter, all along in his educational career, the date of birth is recorded as 30th April, 1967. He joined employment with the Corporation on 13th June, 1994 and his date of birth is entered as 30th April, 1967. It is canvassed before us that the Petitioner realised that his date of birth is 2nd November, 1968 because his mother told him that this is the true date of birth.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over to take instructions, since the Petitioner was present in the court hall. Talwalkar
