In the light of the order dated 13th June 2024, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on 27th September 2024 the Department of Revenue and Forest has issued a communication to the Collector, Solapur rendering necessary guidance with regard to further steps in the matter. 2.

It would therefore be necessary to direct the respondent no.1 to file an affidavit in reply in response to the prayers made in the writ petition. Time of three weeks is granted. Stand over to 20th February 2025.
