Prima facie, it appears that the Competent Authority under Section 11(3) of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963 Act, issued corrigendum modifying its earlier order. The Competent Authority has no power to modify its earlier order. 3.

Hence, till next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
