The learned Senior Advocate for Respondent Nos. 6 to 17Management tenders affidavit dated 19 August 2024 which states that the amounts as per calculations of the Respondent-Management have been paid to the Petitioners. According to the Petitioners, what is paid is only the basic salary and dues still remain. If that being the stand of the Petitioners, let the rejoinder be filed in each of the petitions placing on record the dues which, according to the Petitioners, are still payable. Copy of the rejoinder would be served on the Respondent- Management in advance.
