The writ petition arises out of orders passed by the Special Recovery Officer under sub-rule 11 of Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961. There is delay in filing revision application, which has been refused to be condoned by the revisional authority. However, it appears that the petitioner has raised an objection before the Special Recovery Officer, which is not yet decided.

Therefore, it will be appropriate to decide petitioner's objection against the order of attachment in exercise of power under sub-rule 19 of Rule 107 of the MCS Rules.

With the said direction, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
