A Paecipe is moved by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeking correction in the date of the Government Resolution (GR) dated 31/07/2023 in the order, which has also remained to be referred to in the order dated 08/01/2025.

In paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 08/01/2025, just before the last sentence, add the following sentence:

"Our attention is also invited to GR dated 31/07/2023, which refers to the said GR dated 25/07/2007." 3.

In paragraph no. 5, replace words "both the GRs dated 27/07/2007 and 12/07/2011" with words "all the GRs dated 25/07/2007, 12/07/2011 and 31/07/2023".

Similarly, in paragraph no. 7(b), replace words "both GRs dated 25/07/2007 & 12/07/2011" with words "GRs dated 25/07/2007, 12/07/2011 and 31/07/2023."
