The learned counsel for the petitioner to place on record the advertisement, in pursuance to which the petitioner has been appointed, as the ground for rejection of the Appeal under Section 9 of Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Servicd) Regulation Act, 1977 and Rules 1981 (MEPS Act) is that petitioner has failed to prove that her appointment was in terms of Section 5 of the MEPS Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not willing to answer that question.
