The point raised in this writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Amit Prakash Jori & Anr. vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors., Writ Petition No.1331 of 2025 decided on 4 February 2025.

Hence, for the reasons recorded by this Court in the judgment in the case of Amit Prakash Jori (supra), the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.

However, according to the petitioner, if entire dues as per the claim of the Bank have been paid by the borrower, the Bank shall within four weeks from today, issue no-dues certificate to the petitioner.
