P.C.:- 1) Advocate Mr. Daswadikar appears through Video Conferencing and attempts to justify the conduct of Advocate Mr. Shardul Diwan. We have already recorded our displeasure over the conduct of Advocate Mr. Diwan who appeared in the present Petition on 11th November, 2024, in paragraph No. 2 of the said Order.

2) Advocate Mr. Daswadikar attempts to justify non-payment of the cost to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay despite there being a specific Order.

3) It be noted here that, the said Order was dictated in open Court in presence of Advocate Mr. Diwan and therefore it cannot be accepted that 1/2

ssm 12-wp4916.2024.doc Advocate Mr. Daswadikar was not aware of passing of the said Order till it was uploaded. It was the duty of Advocate Mr. Diwan and we presume that Advocate Mr. Diwan would have informed Mr. Daswadikar about the said Order. Thus, Advocate Mr. Daswadikar's submission defending the conduct of Advocate Mr. Diwan and his non-payment of cost to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay is untenable and therefore rejected. 4) In view of paragraph No.3 of Order dated 11th November, 2024 which is self-operative Order, Petition is already dismissed. 5) Remove from board.
