1) The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions submits that the Petitioner is willing to deposit amount of costs of Rs.25,000/- in the office of Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik, within a period of two weeks. 2) The only challenge in the present Petition is to imposition of costs of Rs.25,000/-.
