The certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 in the year 2016 has been challenged in the year 2024.

The petitioner has alternate remedy of challenging certificate by way of revision application. However, if the petitioners file revision application, they will have to explain delay in challenging the certificate. The writ petition cannot be entertained in view of availability of the alternate remedy.
