When this petition is called out, the learned counsel invited attention of this Court to an order passed by Justice Sandip P. Marne, directing that the petitioner may take steps for clubbing this petition with Writ Petition No.13276 of 2022. 2.

In that light, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate steps would be taken on the Administrative side for clubbing the two petitions.
