This preacipe is moved for speaking to the minutes to correct paragraph No.9 of the order dated 23rd August 2024. In paragraph No.9 instead of Petition being allowed in terms of prayer Clauses-(b) and (c), came to be allowed in terms of prayer Clause-(a). This mistake being inadvertent, the order be corrected accordingly.
