It is a common ground before us that the issues involved in this Writ Petition are almost identical to the issues raised in Writ Petition (St) No.16514 of 2023. In Writ Petition (St) No. 16514 of 2023, we have already granted ad-interim relief to the Petitioner.

For the same reasons, here also, we direct that the impugned order dated 31st March, 2022 as well as the impugned Notice dated 31st March, 2021, shall remain stayed until further orders. 3.
