CORAM
M.S. Sonak & Jitendra Jain, JJ.
DATED:
11 June 2025 PC:- 1.
After arguing the matter for some time, Mr Raichandani, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, with his habitual fairness, sought leave to withdraw this Petition and to participate in the proceedings initiated pursuant to the impugned show cause notice.
2.
Accordingly, leave is granted and this Petition is disposed of as withdrawn by keeping open all contentions of all parties. In addition, since, Mr Raichandani had laid considerable stress on communication dated 5 July 2021 from the DGGI (Exhibit 'F' at pages 86 and 87) of the paper book of this Petition, we request the adjudicating authority to consider
501-WP-11993-2024.DOCX this document and its impact on the present proceeding. Again, we clarify that all rival contentions even concerning this communication are left open.
3.
Petition is disposed of with liberty and directions in the above terms.
