Mr. Narayan Rokade, learned counsel for the Petitioners, after arguing the matter at some length, with instructions from his client, has sought leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue appropriate statutory remedy as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Housing Societies Act, 1960. The prayer is not opposed by the learned AGP and the learned counsel for the Respondents Nos.7 to 9. 2.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
