The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: - "a.

This Hon'ble Court kindly be please to issue an appropriate Writ directing the Respondent No. 1 CIDCO to adopt an appropriate procedure of issuance of 'Corrigendum' as prescribed under the clause 14.0 of Additional Special Conditions of Contract of the Bid Document to make an unambiguous special provision of the statutory obligations of the employer contractor towards the contractual workers under the SWM Rules, 2016 and CPHEEP Manual, 2016. b.

That this Hon'ble Court kindly be please to stay Bidding Process pending the decision in prayer clause 'a' in the instant Writ Petition. c.

That this Hon'ble Court kindly be please to grant ad-interim in terms of prayers clause 'b'

Any other order, directions may be issued in the interest of justice as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper." 2.

Mr. Vijay Kurle, the learned counsel for the petitioner appears and states, on instructions, that this writ petition has now become infructuous. The learned counsel, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

The reason for making this prayer is that necessary changes in the bid document have been carried out by the respondent-City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO).
