The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the original deceased member. Respondent No.3 filed a complaint seeking membership. At the time of filing the complaint, Respondent No.3 claimed membership on the basis of being the nominee of the deceased member, and there was no disclosure regarding the existence of any Will. Later on, at the stage of passing the final order, a Will surfaced. The petitioners thereafter lodged a criminal complaint against Respondent No.3 alleging forgery of the said Will. A chargesheet has been filed, and the trial is pending. Hence, the petitioners have made out a prima facie case.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2, returnable on 24 December 2025.

Until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
