The Petitioners' grievance is that the proposal for seeking approval for Shikshan Sevak, is not being forwarded by the Management to Respondent No. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits on instructions that proposals of the Petitioners would be forwarded to Respondent No.3, complete in all respects within 30 days from today.

In view of the above statement, we would expect Talwalkar

32.WP17101.2024.odt Respondent No. 3 to carry out a meticulous verification exercise in accordance with the procedure laid down in law and pass an appropriate order within 60 days from the date of the receipt of the proposal. 4.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
