Heard Mr. Padmanabh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant.

Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and has placed on record an order dated 25th September 2025 passed by the MACT, Khed Rajgurunagar, recording the terms of the compromise. The said order is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
