Mr. Bagul, learned counsel for the appellant states that settlement has been arrived between the parties and the settlement is being presented before the Family Court for a decree of divorce by mutual consent to be passed. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this family court appeal.

Allowed to be withdrawn, however, keeping open all contentions of the parties on the proceedings pending before the Family Court. 3.
