14.fca.113.24.doc order dated 22nd July 2022, insofar as it grants permanent alimony of Rs.1 Crore and Rs.50 Lakhs for residence to the Respondent-wife. 2.

Ms.Irani, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant-husband requested that the matter be kept on 3rd January 2025. 3.

Acceding to her request, we now place the above matter on 3rd January 2025.

We make it clear that we have not granted any ad-interim relief in the aforesaid Interim Application.
