In so far as the first order dated 9th May 2025 passed in Interim Application No.2735 of 2025 filed in Family Court Appeal No.103 of 2024 by which the Applicant was permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1 Crore from this Court is concerned, the same order has been complied with.

So far as the second order dated 9th May 2025 passed in Interim Application No.2008 of 2024 filed in Family Court Appeal No.103 of 2024 by which the Applicant therein, i.e., Sandip Gandhi was directed to deposit 9% interest on Rs.1.50 Crores is concerned, the same has been stayed by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide an order dated 2nd June 2025.
