We are informed that the first installment of Rs.15,00,000/- has been paid to the appellant-wife by the respondenthusband. 2.
Vide order dated 15th October, 2025, we had permitted the wife - Toral Gandhi to withdraw an amount of Rs.50,00,000/- deposited by her husband - Mr. Sandeep Gandhi, after she withdraws the Regular Darkhast filed by her in petition No. A-1503/2013, 2/3
pending before the learned Family Court. Learned Counsel for the wife - Toral Gandhi states that the Regular Darkhast has been withdrawn. She further states that the Registry seems to be unaware of Rs.50,00,000/-, deposited by the respondent - husband in the Registry. It is not in dispute that the respondent - Sandeep Gandhi had deposited Rs.1,50,00,000/- in this Court and that, wife - Toral Gandhi was permitted to withdraw Rs.1,00,00,000/-, pursuant to the order passed by this Court. Hence, Registry to ensure that the balance amount of Rs.50,00,000/- alongwith accrued interest, if any, is paid to wife - Toral Gandhi at the earliest, since the respondent - husband has complied with all the terms and conditions of the Consent Terms entered into between the parties.
