By judgment dated 15/10/2025, the two Family Court Appeals in form of cross Appeals filed by the husband and wife respectively, were disposed of by accepting on record the Consent Terms dated 15/10/2025.

The Consent Terms provided that the husband shall pay to the wife an additional sum of Rs.30,00,000/- over and above the amount, which is already deposited in the Court. It was agreed that the amount shall be deposited in two installments. The first installment of Rs.15,00,000/- shall be paid on or before 15/12/2025 and the second installment, shall be paid on or before 15/01/2026.

The proceedings were directed to be listed before the Court for compliance.

Today, we have the presence of Mrs.Toral Sandeep Gandhi before us and she admits that she has received both the tranches of payment of Rs.30,00,000/-, which she has duly acknowledged. She also submits that she had already withdrawn the amount, which is deposited in the Court alongwith the interest.

Since compliance has been ensured in terms of the Consent Terms, no further orders are necessary, as the Appeals are already disposed of.

Decree be drawn up accordingly.
