The appellant-Toral @ Bhakti Sandeep Gandhi, who appears in person as well as the learned counsel for the respondentSandeep Virendra Gandhi state that in para 1 of the order dated 18th December 2025, the amount should be Rs.'15,00,000/-' and not 'Rs.50,00,000/-'. She further states that the registry has paid her an amount of Rs.50,00,000/- alongwith accrued interest thereon. Accordingly, the order dated 18th December 2025 be corrected in the above terms.

The last installment is payable on 15th January 2026. Hence, stand over to 19th January 2026. To be placed under the caption 'for compliance' for recording compliance of the last installment.
