This application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.6 namely, Arjun s/o. Sonba Vanve, who died on 12.09.2021 and deceased Petitioner No.8 namely, Mainabai Abhmanu Vanve, who died on 16.06.2021. The legal heirs of Petitioner Nos. 6 and 8 are also shown in paragraph No. 2 of the application. There is delay of 138 day caused in filing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
