CORAM : R. G. AVACHAT AND ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, JJ.

DATED : NOVEMBER 24, 2025 P.C.:

1.

In all these Civil Applications the prayer is for seeking condonation of delay which is more or less same as in Civil Application No.6737 of 2025 which has been rejected by this Court vide judgment and order dated 20.11.2025. In the light of the reasons recorded by this Court in Civil Application No.6737 of 2025, we don't find any substance in these Civil Applications.

2.

It is also informed across the bar that the Special Leave Petitions challenging the order under Review in all these Civil Applications has also been dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court by an order dated 03.03.2025 in Special Leave Petition(Civil) Diary No.4882 of 2025 and other connected matters (The State of Maharashtra & Ors. Vs. Dilip Govinda Sonawane & Ors.), this is also one of the facet why we are not inclined to condone the delay in filing Review Petitions. Hence, Civil Applications stand rejected.

3.

Civil Applications disposed of accordingly.

4.

In view of the rejection of Civil Applications for condonation of delay in filing Review Petitions, Review Petitions do not survive and the same stand disposed of accordingly.
