By consent, all these Contempt Petitions are being decided together, since the issue involved is similar. For the purpose of deciding above Contempt Petitions, factual matrix in Contempt Petition No.16 of 2023 are taken into account. 2.
Ms. Trupti Dhodmise, present Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli is appearing through virtual mode. 3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner has acknowledged the hard copy of the Interim Application referred in these Contempt Petitions. The Contempt Petitions are preferred for non-compliance of the directions issued on 4th May, 2021 in Writ Petition Stamp No.1438 of 2021.

The Chief Executive Officer, who has sworn this affidavit has not only tendered an unconditional apology but also reported compliance of the aforesaid order of which contempt is alleged by placing on record along with Interim Application Exh.F the order dated 30th September, 2024 passed in favour of each of the Petitioners.

In response to the Court's query, learned counsel for the Respondent - Contemnor through on instructions from the officer informs that not only the order is passed on 30th September, 2024 but actual monetary benefits are already released including that of refund of recovery, if any, made.

Since the statement is coming from the competent officer, same is accepted.

That being so, since the contempt is purged and unconditional apology is also tendered, the same stands accepted and the contempt notice stands discharged.

As a sequel of above, the Contempt Petitions stand disposed of.

However, this will not preclude the Petitioners from lodging their claim towards differences of payment, if any, they are entitled pursuant to which the contempt is alleged to the Respondent - Chief
Executive Officer. In case, if such claim is lodged by any of the Petitioners, same be dealt with and communicated to the respective Petitioners expeditiously and in any case within a period eight weeks from the date of such claim being lodged by the Petitioners.
