1] By the order dated 07/03/2025 the learned counsel for respondent nos. 6 and 8 had submitted that the amount of Rs 40 lakhs would be paid to the petitioners. He, however, submits that on account of financial constraints, this payment could not be made. He submits on BDP-SPS 1/2

2 15 CP-416-2024.doc the instructions of respondent no.6 who is present in Court that an amount of Rs 25 lakhs would be paid by 07/04/2025 and a further amount of Rs 25 lakhs would be paid by 15/04/2025. He also submits that if these payments are not made, the Court may consider passing appropriate orders for non-compliance.
