CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 416 OF 2024 1.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Shri Naphade
learned counsel for the contemner who is personally present in the Court has handed over to learned cousnel for the petitioners a post dated cheque of Rs.15 lakhs in favour of the petitioners. The cheque is dated 11/07/2025. It is assured that the cheque will be honoured.

Shri Naphade submits that balance which according to the contemner is Rs. 10 lakhs will be paid by 30/07/2025. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners disputes the outstanding figure as pointed out by the contemner.

We make it clear that acceptance of cheque is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 5.
Stand over to 04/08/2025.
CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 743 OF 2022 6.
According to the contemner, who is personally present in the Court, outstanding amount is Rs. 94 lakhs. It is submitted by Shri Naphade on instructions of the contemner that a sum of Rs. 25 lakhs will be paid to the petitioners on or before 27/07/2025. Statement made is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. The
Statement is recorded without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 81 OF 2024 8.
It is statement of the contemnor that outstanding amount is Rs.95 lakhs.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, Shri Naphade on the instructions of the contemnor who is personally present in the Court submits that a sum of Rs. 50 lakhs will be paid to the petitioners on or before 28/07/2025. Statement made on instructions is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Statement is recorded without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
