Learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 8 placed on record copy of the order dated 17.07.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Contempt Petition No.12 of 2025. Relying on para 12, learned counsel submits that now there is legal impediment in complying with the orders passed by this Court which respondent Nos.5 to 8 were bound to comply.

We inquired with the learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 8 whether the orders passed by this Court were brought to the notice of the learned Judge. Learned counsel submits that though respondent Nos.5 to 8 were represented, the statement made in this Court and the orders passed by this Court were not brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge. Mr. Naphade, learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 8 submits that on or before 18.08.2025 an application would be preferred stating all facts before the learned Single Judge and applying for necessary clarification.
