CORAM:
SUMAN SHYAM & SHYAM C. CHANDAK, JJ.
DATED:
22ND AUGUST 2025.
PC:- 1.
Mr Aseem Naphade, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos 5 to 8 submits that the order dated 17th July 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Contempt Petition No. 12 of 2025 arising out of Interim Application No. 3038 of 2024 whereby, the assets of the Respondents Nos. 5 to 8 have been frozen by the Court, is coming in the way of complying with the order dated 8th July 2025 passed by the Division Bench. The learned counsel further submits that a Special Leave Petition bearing SLP (Diary) No. 44303 of 2025 has already been preferred by his clients against the order dated 17th July 2025 and the matter is likely to be listed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court within two weeks. As such, a prayer has been made to defer this matter by two weeks.
2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on the other hand, has pressed for a direction from this court to freeze the Bank Accounts of the Respondents Nos. 5 to 8 as mentioned in the order dated 22nd December 2020 in this Petition.
3.
Be that as it may, since we have been informed that the matter had now reached the Supreme Court, awaiting order, if any, of the Hon'ble Apex Court, we are not inclined to pass any further order in the matter today.
4.
This matter, therefore, stands adjourned till 19th September 2025.
