O R D E R

(Date: 22/03/2025) The parties have settled the proceeding as per the settlement of Form 'N' as per terms of compromise which is duly verified. "1.

The appellant and respondent no.2 Bajaj Aliance have settled the matter for Rs.2,50,000/- (Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) which shall be deposited by respondent no.2 in High Court within 60 days from order of Lok Adalat by NEFT. 2.

Appeal shall be disposed of by consent of appellants and respondent no.1. 3.

As appellant no.1 has died on 2.6.2023. So appellant no.2 is only legal heirs of appellant no.2."

The appeal is settled accordingly.
